Here's what I'm in the middle of, as Scott would say, bookmarked and on the night stand.

• I Am the Cheese - Robert Cormier.  Recommended by a coworker as a quick read that's very good.  So far, I'm enjoying it, if for nothing else than his ability to turn a phrase.
• Shampoo Planet - Douglas Coupland.  Same coworker let me borrow this.  I traded her for Microserfs, which is one of my favorite books of all time.  Also, if you like Coupland's style, I recommend Hey Nostradamus.
• Because I'm hugely addicted to The Apprentice I am reading Bill Rancic's book, You're Hired: How to Succeed in Business and Life from the Winner of the Apprentice.  I just started it a couple of days ago and didn't get very far before my roommate talked me into playing more Halo 2...but we'll see.

And that about covers it.  It's a lighter list than I'm usually taking on, but I've been very ... busy...you know...with the Halo...
