Check out the Project FAZR blogs over here.  We are tasking each other with making the process of starting a distributed software company as transparent and open as possible.  We are blogging the mechanics of creating this company for many reasons.  One is to keep a multi-sided journal of the monster we are creating.  Another is to do a little viral marketing and buzz building.  We all have our own goals as well, mine is to show the community the guts of a business startup, hopefully to help or inspire others to strike out on their own.  If you subscribe to our feed, you will see us talk about operations, marketing, sales, business development, legal…really everything but programming.  Heather, this seems right up your alley.  I know I don’t give you enough business/marketing content, so check out my FAZR blog to get your fix :P
