Yeah, I haven’t opened up RSSBandit for like, a month. Seriously. Roughly since November 7 I guess actually.
If you aren’t reading Jason Haley's blog, you should be. Totally cool guy, doing some interesting decompiler work in .net, fellow bostonian (though I am expatriated), and more to the point of the title of this post, metablogger extraordinaire! His “Interesting Finds” posts have totally brought me up to speed on most of what I’ve missed that I give a rat’s ass about from the tech blogs. It was somewhat discouraging to be greeted with over 4000 new posts…so I went right to his blog, and caught myself up on the interesting finds. Thanks man, you rule. I really have to get up there to the Beer Works for one of the geek dinners.
Also, RSSBandit devs: What the F? I am using Nightcrawler Alpha, which I love, but ctrl+m no longer marks posts are read. It’s ctrl+q. Ghey. That’s a UI no-no if I ever saw one. Worse than going agains expected behavior, changing previously existant behavior arbitrarily just makes users mad. Still a great aggregator, but I’d like to hear a why on that decision.
